Ardelle has solid experience providing rapid response for variety of commercial and government contracts including small and large task orders, and providing skilled, experienced personnel to staff these engagements. We support contracts that involve staffs of 60, 70, or more individuals.
Define Requirements
First, we define the project to be clear about at least some of the project's initial tasks. We define the staffing needs and establish the real labor category requirements, the skills, and skill level requirements.
This process includes obtaining what we call the situational data—Where is the job? How can the person get there? Dow we have past performance data? ... scores of other questions. We accumulate this data in customer profiles as we gain experience and on-site knowledge. Specific recruiters who work on a specific project quickly become knowledgeable about situational data, but our Senior Recruiting Managers become the experts.
Identify, Screen, Verify, and Test Candidates
We then go through our tested process of identifying, screening, verifying, and testing potential candidates. With 29 years of experience and our senior management team, we can rapidly respond to workforce surges and special projects.

EXAMPLES of Rapid Response Recruiting
District of Columbia Government/Financial Systems: Ardelle supported the DC government when they needed support. The number of accounting staff and expertise necessary to ensure the transition was a success was underestimated and deadlines were in jeopardy. We staffed and hired four Accounting Supervisors and 30 accountants working within a two-week period. With the use of are recruiting methodology, dedicated employees, and a team effort the result was a successful, on time financial conversion.

Ardelle received the call from FEMA on a Friday and was asked to have 20 customer-service specialists report to work on Monday. Ardelle’s recruiting team worked the weekend to ensure FEMA had the support necessary for the mission to be successful. With the use of are recruiting methodology, dedicated employees, and a team effort the result was a fully staffed customer service desk able to ensure the victims of a national disaster received the necessary help.
