Rapid Reaction Tasking

Ardelle supports rapid reaction tasking. Our resources, and streamlined communication methods allow us to ramp up quickly to unexpected events. When we receive a Task Order, the Ardelle program manager immediately notifies our Rapid Reaction Task Response Team. There are six steps to our process for quick reaction:

1. Obtain Accurate Tasking Information
2. Notify Rapid Reaction Team members
3. Collect resource information�resumes and past performance data
4. Conduct resource review
5. Form final reaction team
6. Deploy Rapid Reaction Team
