Job duties include: support department director, general office support to policy department, scheduling and calendar management, arrangement of travel, meeting preparation, creating PowerPoint presentations, serve as a receptionist for department, arrange conference calls, meeting logistics, preparation of invoices, manage files, etc. Must have minimum 5 years experience supporting a director, Strong Microsoft Office skills, organizational skills, and oral and written communication. A candidate with a BS degree or medical/association experience a huge plus.
