Performance-Based Management Awards—In performance-based management, we establish performance levels with your input—we know what has to be done, and how it should be done, and with your help we establish the performance measures. Exceed the performance levels you help establish and you qualify for a performance award.
Performance Evaluation Awards—We give you periodic evaluations on your work and if you receive an outstanding evaluation you are eligible for an Outstanding Performance Award. These awards may be in cash, free tickets to a local sporting events like the Washington Capitals, Washington Wizards, or performances at the Kennedy Center.
